Bakterielle Infektion
- Streptokokken-Angina/Scharlach
  - Keine generelle Antibitiokatherapie empfohlen
  - Symptomatische Therapie (siehe oben)
- Gonokokken
  - Ceftriaxon 500 mg IM
- Angina Plaut-Vincent
  - Penicillin G 4 Mio IE IV 4-stündlich + Metronidazol 500 mg Tbl 12-stündlich
