Zusätzliche Therapie:

• Inhalation mittels Feuchtvernebler:
  • Epinephrin (Adrenalin) in 1:1000 Verdünnung
    • Beispiel: 2 ml mit 2 ml NaCl 0,9% verdünnen
  • oder mit Fertigprodukt Inhalationslösung je nach Herstellerangabe
• systemische Glukocorticoid-Stoßtherapie
  • 3 – 4 mg/kg KG Prednisolon i.v.
    • Beispiel: Kinder bis 15 kg = 50 mg Prednisolon i.v.

Kinder 15 – 30 kg = 100 mg Prednisolon i.v.

Kinder 30 – 60 kg = 150 mg Prednisolon i.v.

ab 60 kg = 250 mg Prednisolon i.v.
