      • Bettruhe bei Fieber
      • Halswickel (mit Quark)
      • Medikamentöse Schmerzlinderung (NSAR, Paracetamol)
      • Topische Lokalanästhetika
  • Bakterielle Infektion
    • Streptokokken-Angina/Scharlach
      • Keine generelle Antibitiokatherapie empfohlen
      • Symptomatische Therapie (siehe oben)
    • Gonokokken
      • Ceftriaxon 500 mg IM
    • Angina Plaut-Vincent
      • Penicillin G 4 Mio IE IV 4-stündlich + Metronidazol 500 mg Tbl 12-stündlich
