Zusätzliche Therapie:
- Inhalation mittels Feuchtvernebler:
- Epinephrin (Adrenalin) in 1:1000 Verdünnung
- Beispiel: 2 ml mit 2 ml NaCl 0,9% verdünnen
- Oder mit Fertigprodukt Inhalationslösung je nach Herstellerangabe
- Epinephrin (Adrenalin) in 1:1000 Verdünnung
- systemische Glukocorticoid-Stoßtherapie
- 3 – 4 mg/kg KG Prednisolon i.v.
- Beispiel: Kinder bis 15 kg = 50 mg Prednisolon i.v.
- 3 – 4 mg/kg KG Prednisolon i.v.
Kinder 15 – 30 kg = 100 mg Prednisolon i.v.
Kinder 30 – 60 kg = 150 mg Prednisolon i.v.
Ab 60 kg = 250 mg Prednisolon i.v.
